Applications are now open for the Creative Enterprises Program which invests in Victorian creative organisations over four years.

Applications are now open for the Creative Enterprises Program, which provides four-year investment in the leadership, organisational infrastructure and capacity of non-government not-for-profit creative organisations across Victoria.

The program is open to eligible organisations that work in any creative form and are based anywhere in Victoria.

The Creative Enterprises Program aims to fuel creative activity for the benefit of all Victorians, and invests in organisations that can work with Government to deliver on priorities, including to:

  • support the resilience and growth of Victoria's creative industries;
  • broaden the diversity of creators, artists and audiences; and
  • enhance community engagement, access and participation in the creative industries across the state.

The program has three investment streams – First Peoples Organisations, Industry Service Organisations and Creative Organisations. It also reflects the Victorian Government’s effort to increase opportunities for Victorians in outer-metropolitan and regional areas, and children and young people.

The program also supports creative organisations to strengthen their businesses, so they can continue to grow and adapt in a changing environment.

A First Peoples self-determined approach will ensure the program enhances the connection between Victoria’s creative industries, Community and Country, increases First Peoples employment and participation, and enables Victorian Traditional Owner Custodians to work on their ancestral Country.

The program will invest in organisations that demonstrate a strong plan to support creative jobs, expand their reach and deliver real benefits for their communities.

Funding will be provided for a four-year period from 2026. For more information, including program guidelines, eligibility and how to apply, as well as information session details, visit  Creative Enterprises Program.
