Professional Arts Ensemble | A group of professional artists (e.g., musicians, singers, actors) that are recognised by their peers as a group and have a demonstrated track record of public presentations. |
Regional local government areas and interface local government areas | The 48 Victorian local government areas classified as regional by the Victorian State Government as set out in > Schedule 2 of the Regional Development Victoria Act 2002 The 10 regional city local government areas are Ballarat, Greater Bendigo, Greater Geelong, Greater Shepparton, Horsham, Latrobe, Mildura, Wangaratta, Warrnambool and Wodonga.
