66 film, television and digital media projects commenced production spending an estimated $212.7 million in the state:

  • 17 feature films (including feature documentaries, interstate and international projects) leveraged $102.7 million in production expenditure
  • 31 television and online projects (including drama, comedy, documentary and animation projects) leveraged $106.5 million in expenditure
  • 18 games projects leveraged $3.5 million

Supported productions created 8,245 employment opportunities for Victorians

Attendance at the Australian Centre for the Moving Image at Federation Square was 2 million:

  • Website visitation was 2 million
  • Education programs attracted 70,000 participants
  • ACMI is custodian of the state owned collection with a value of $9.4 million
