Supported by the Victorian government, the festival will combine the creative ambition of Melbourne International Arts Festival with the popular appeal of White Night Melbourne and aims to become one of the top festivals in the world, while remaining distinctly Melbourne.

Victoria’s creative talents will be a focus of the event, with specially commissioned and world-first works providing opportunities for local artists to be involved, as well as presenting the best artists and works from around the world.

Running across multiple venues, the cultural festival is designed to complement summer sporting events like Melbourne Cup and the Grand Prix and become a fixture on Victoria’s major events calendar.
