Review of Victorian Touring and Engagement 2017
Submissions close 12 January 2018

Seeking a consultant to undertake a review of touring and engagement in Victoria. This includes current activity in performing arts, visual arts, literature and film.

A major focus for this review will be identifying and recommending options for new touring and funding investment models.  Creative Victoria is seeking ideas and recommendations regarding new approaches to exchange and engagement between Victorian producers (companies and artists) and presenters (professional and community) as well as audiences and communities.

Evaluation Partner – Social Impact and Diversity and Inclusion programs

Seeking a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to be the evaluation partner for two upcoming Creative Victoria programs focused on social impact and diversity and inclusion.

The selected service provider will work across both programs over two years (2018 to 2019).  The Evaluation Partner role will involve:

  • *Establishing and implementing a monitoring and evaluation framework for both programs.
  • *Collating local and international case studies.
  • *Participating in an Evaluation Reference Group.
  • *Collaborating with project participants, including providing mentoring support and leading bi-monthly community of practice workshops.
  • *Providing end-of program evaluations.

Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

Seeking to a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to design and deliver a transformative diversity and inclusion mentoring program for organisations that receive multiyear funding through Creative Victoria.

It is anticipated that the successful provider will deliver a six to 12-month program for up to 10 creative organisations each year (20 in total) throughout 2018 and 2019.

The program must concentrate on refocusing and building capacity within organisations to engender greater representation by Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander people, people with a disability, and people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds in employment, programming and participation. Focus areas should include recruitment, governance, audience and programming strategies, and implementable changes to improve board, leadership and workforce equality.
