    Evaluation Exchange is a stream of the Social Impact Program, which is an action of the Victorian Government’s Creative State strategy that aims to improve the lives of Victorians through creative experiences and participation, and the application of the creative services.

    Evaluation Exchange will provide existing creative social impact projects with free access to evaluation experts from BYP Group who will provide guidance and hands-on support to improve the evaluation and measurement and build the capacity of the project team.

    Funding available

    Up to $20,000 is available per applicant to support the evaluation of an existing project.

    Participation in the Evaluation Exchange can be for a period of up to one year.

    Creative Victoria funds are available to cover additional project management, networking and documentation/resource costs associated with participation in the Evaluation Exchange, not core project costs.

    Up to five projects will be supported in 2019.

    Who can apply

    • Creative industry organisations and auspiced practitioners/collectives.
    • Projects must include Victorian-based professional artists/creative practitioners and/or organisations.

    Key dates

    For activity commencing from 1 July 2019:
    Round opens: 7 February 2019 using the Creative Victoria Grants Portal
    Round closes: 5pm, 7 March 2019

    Please note it takes approximately 12 weeks until funding results are available.
