The Good Music Neighbours program is part of a ground up approach to support the venues and industry that add so much to our cultural conversation and to provide meaningful support to our iconic live music sector.

Up to $25,000 per venue in matched funding
Who can apply
- Live music entertainment venue owners and operators who support best practice management of their live music venues as defined by the planning schedule (see Program Guidelines for further information)
Round opens: 7 February 2019 using the Creative Victoria Grants Portal
Round closes: 5pm, 7 March 2019
For activity commencing from 1 June 2019. It takes approximately 12 weeks from the closing date until funding results are available.
Note: as the Victorian State election will be held on Saturday 24 November 2018, the Victorian Government will assume a caretaker role from 6:00 pm on 30 October 2018 until such time that either it becomes clear that the incumbent government will be returned, or when a new government is commissioned.
In line with the caretaker conventions, the incoming government will determine whether to proceed with this funding program after the caretaker period.
