In 1999 she won the Carr Design award and in 2008 won the Studio Ingot design award. Blazey experiments with sculptural forms through the use of unusual gemstones and curious settings. The new cocktail rings series for this exhibition was inspired by the character played by Elizabeth Taylor from the 1963 film Cleopatra.
