Senior Project Officer, Creative Industries Spaces 

The position of Senior Project Officer, Creative Industries Spaces forms a part of the Creative and Visitor Economies branch within the Employment, Investment and Trade group. This position in Creative and Visitor Economies is responsible for managing the coordination and implementation of strategies and projects relating to the State of Victoria's creative space provision. The role also supports the Agency and Infrastructure team to achieve objectives relating to creative spaces, creative clusters and cultural precincts through coordination and collaboration between Victorian government departments, local governments, Arts Agencies, and the private, independent and not-for-profit sectors. Director, Agencies and Infrastructure

The Agencies and Infrastructure Branch, Creative Victoria, is responsible for the governance and management of the state-owned cultural agencies and oversight of the state-owned cultural facilities. The branch also provides corporate services to the broader Creative and Visitor Economies Division. Reporting to the Deputy Secretary, Creative and Visitor Economies, the Director will continue to strengthen the relationships with the state-owned cultural agencies that include Arts Centre Melbourne, Museums Victoria, National Gallery of Victoria and State Library Victoria. The Director will play a key role in the governance of the agencies, oversee major infrastructure project delivery and broader cultural facilities developments, as well as major cultural events and the management of state collections.
