Architects McBride Charles Ryan have recently been awarded Interior Design of the Year at the inaugural American Architecture Prize (AAP) at New York's Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.

Architects McBride Charles Ryan have recently been awarded Interior Design of the Year at the inaugural American Architecture Prize (AAP) at New York's Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Museum.

Based in Melbourne's inner-city suburb Prahran, the firm won the selection of awards below for The Infinity Centre, the new campus for senior students at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School in Victoria's north west.

  • Gold – Architectural Design: Educational Buildings
  • Platinum – Interior Design: Public Spaces
  • Silver – Landscape Architecture: Educational
  • Gold – Landscape Architecture: Public

The American Architecture Prizes recognise the best in international architecture, landscape architecture, and interior design, with winners appointed by industry leaders.
